At the age of 16, Megan became an Assistant Riding Instructor at Thomas School, working at summer camp as well as year round, and at the age of 18 she became a full, Certified Instructor through the HSA (Horsemanship Safety Association) and through the USHJA. After realizing her passion for teaching, Megan worked for 9 years at Thomas School, teaching riders from the beginner levels to successful Show Team riders, and eventually became the Ride Director, overseeing the other instructors and scheduling of lessons, etc.
Dawn has been training for over 25 years, and has coached many riders to finals. She is a current IEA team coach as well as being a USEquestrian "r" judge. The last few years Dawn has focused on her own riding and competiting in the Grand Prixs.
